These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Hairstyle Changer at hairstylechanger.org (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • Provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Credits and Payments

  • Each AI hairstyle generation consumes 2 credits as displayed on pricing pages.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.
  • Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store complete payment details.
  • New users receive 4 free credits (2 hairstyle generations) upon registration.

3. Photo Usage and License

  • You retain full ownership of photos you upload to the Service.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for generating AI hairstyle transformations.
  • All uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
  • Generated hairstyle images belong to you and can be used for personal purposes without attribution.
  • You must have the right to upload any photos you submit (e.g., photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use).
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws and does not infringe rights of others.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
  • No NSFW, adult, sexual, nude, pornographic, or otherwise sexually explicit content in uploaded photos, prompts, source materials, or generated outputs.
  • No attempts to reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt the Service.
  • No scraping or rate-limiting evasion.
  • Do not upload photos of minors without parental consent.
  • Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.
  • Do not use the Service to create misleading or deceptive content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, and materials provided by AI Hairstyle Changer are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific outcomes. Generated hairstyle images are AI-created and may not perfectly represent how you would look with that hairstyle in real life. Results are for preview and entertainment purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Hairstyle Changer and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated hairstyle previews.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
